Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

If you were driving a car, therapy would be looking in the rear view mirror while coaching would be focused on the road ahead.

What is the time commitment?

It depends on how quickly you want to get results. On average, you need an hour a month for the coaching session and additional time for agreed upon homework and reflection.

What results can I expect?

The results are a direct reflection of your readiness to make and embrace change.  The greater your willingness to try new things and break old patterns, the more likely you and others will see your progress.

What credentials should a coach have?

We recommend looking for someone who has gone through a program recognized by ICF, the International Coaching Federation.
